#6 Acupressure

Important - Do not underestimate this technique. The simplicity of this acne remedy causes it to be overlooked as a viable option. Research, as well as my own clinical results, has proven it to be part of the best form of acne treatment.

Start by trying the following:

Apply medium pressure to cause an "aching" sensation (never painful), for a minimum of 60 seconds / 3 X day, with your finger, thumb or knuckle to the following points:

Pt 1 - At the lateral side of your elbow, at the very end of the visible elbow crease.

Pt. 2 - Between your index finger and thumb, on top of the bulge created when you press the thumb and index finger together

Pt 3 - On the web between your 2nd and 3rd toes.

Pt 4 - On the inner side of your lower leg, follow the inner edge of the shinbone up to where it flares out (about 3 inches below your knee.) The point is just off the bone and is probably very tender on pressure.
